WIT Dreamin' 23 Contests - Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility: The contests are open to participants worldwide. Entrants must have a valid social media account and should adhere to the rules specified for each contest. 

 

2. Winner Selection: Winners for each contest will be selected based on the criteria mentioned for each contest. The decision on winners is final and solely at the discretion of the WIT Dreamin' team.

 

3. Prizes: Winners will receive vouchers and swags as announced. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. 

 

4. Content Guidelines: Participants must ensure that the content they submit, irrespective of the contest:

   - Is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

   - Is not violent, harmful, derogatory, or promotes hate or discrimination.

   - Does not contain spam or any form of misleading information.

   - Is not obscene, scandalous, or inappropriate.

 

   Violation of these guidelines will lead to immediate disqualification from the contest.

 

5. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the dates specified, or as decided by the WIT Dreamin' team. Participants are encouraged to follow WIT Dreamin' on their official social media pages for timely updates.

 

6. Data Usage: Participation in the contest constitutes consent for WIT Dreamin' to use the participant’s submission, name, likeness, and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

 

7. Liabilities: WIT Dreamin' and its associated partners are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by WIT Dreamin' on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website. 

 

8. Changes & Termination: WIT Dreamin' reserves the right to amend the contest rules or terminate the contest at any time without any liability to any participant.

 

9. Acceptance: Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of all these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with any of the outlined terms and conditions will result in the participant being disqualified.
